One-time purchases are charged immediately. Credits are added to your account within seconds of payment confirmation.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. By providing payment details you authorise Stripe to charge the amounts shown above.
Accepted methods: all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit where available.
Strong Customer Authentication (SCA / 3D Secure) may be required by your bank for EU/UK transactions.
To stop auto-renewal, cancel before the next billing date via the Manage Billing button on the Plans page. You retain access until the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds are issued on cancellation (see §5).
When a free trial is offered, it is displayed on the checkout page. After the trial period ends your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the price shown. You can cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital services and goods. However, by clicking "Subscribe" or "Buy" and gaining immediate access to the service, you expressly request performance to begin immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun — to the extent permitted by law.
To request a refund email billing@chessflow.app with your username and order reference (found on your receipt or invoice). Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
VAT (EU/UK) or sales tax (US states where applicable) is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address. The tax-inclusive total is shown before you confirm payment.
EU business customers: enter your VAT number at checkout to have it validated and (where applicable) apply zero-rating under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Invoices / receipts including VAT amounts are available from the Billing History section on the Plans page.
We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase by email and via a notice on the billing page. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, continued use constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Fair Play or community rules. In the event of termination for cause, no refund is issued. In the event of termination without cause, a pro-rata refund for the unused subscription period will be provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your jurisdiction]. EU consumers retain all statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
